Instructions
Walk through your aisles and answer Yes or No
Visible Symptoms — Are problems already showing up?
Do some racks consistently run hotter than others?
Do you experience recurring hot spots?
Do temperature alarms occur without a clear cause?
Rack Integrity — Is cold air escaping before it reaches servers?
Are all unused rack spaces covered with blanking panels?
Are side panels installed between cabinets?
Are there large cable openings in racks or raised floor tiles? (Yes = problem)
Airflow Behavior — Is air mixing where it shouldn’t?
Do cold aisles ever feel warm or inconsistent?
Do you see signs of mixing between hot and cold air?
Temperature Visibility — Can you pinpoint the issue?
Do you know the inlet temperature of your warmest racks?
Can you identify exactly which racks are causing problems?
